1866 |
The beginning of the cooperative movement in Ukraine. 6 (18) October it was confirmed the Statute of Kharkiv consumer community. Ideological founders were M.P. Ballin and V.S. Kozlov, practical organizer - A. Briliantov. In late 1866, at the first general meeting of the company, it was elected the board of the cooperative headed by Professor Garnyts-Garnytskym. |

6 (18) October emerged Kyiv consumer community. Concedered that the founders its members of Kharkiv Society of P.A. Lobko and V.S. Gnylosyrov. The first founder and ideologist of the Kiev consumer community was M.I. Zieber. |
1886-1906 |
It was formed the first consumer community in the village Bakumivka in Vasylkiv district, Kyiv region. Consumer societies were in the village Shamrayevtsi, Vasylkiv district, and in Salyvonkivskyi sugar factory of Countess Branycka, in the cities Stavishche and Chernobyl, in the village Kolodyste involving V.M. Domanytskogo, in the village Zabuyanne in Kiev district, in the village Kryve in Skvirskyi district the active participation of H.E. Yurkevych, in the village Dzvonkove in the suburbs of Kyiv - Priorka. |

There was the second Congress of Representatives of Consumer Societies of Kyiv, it was founded Kyiv Union of Consumer Societies - the first provincial union not just in Ukraine but also in the territory of all empire. O.I. Hdeshynskyi was elected to be its first leader. In the organization of the National Union they actively participated V.M. Domanytskyy and H.E. Jurkiewicz. |

In September, Kyiv Union of Consumer Societies started to publish the magazine "Nashe Delo". Editor-publisher of the magazine was the head of the bureau of Kyiv Union of Consumer Societies O.I.Hdeshynskyi. |

Resolution of Cooperative Committee "About the Ukrainian Center of consumer cooperation" established Ukarinian Nationwide Union of Consumer Cooperatives (Vukoopspilka). On June 20 was Vukoopspilky I.A. was elected to be the board chairman. |

It was cancelled the system of province unions, instead district unions were created. Kyiv province union joined the Vukoopsilka. At Kiev province they were established regional associations: Kyiv, Berdichevska, Uman, Belotserkivska. |

In Ukraine held regional zoning. In February, organized by the Kyiv Regional Union of of Consumer Societies. Z.A. Rusakov was appointed to be the Chairman of the Union. |
1932 - 1933 |
In 30 years cooperators of Kyiv region taking care of orphanages for the hungry and homeless children, especially the sick, and later took on complete abstinence 9 orphanages; were mentoring work in the military units, on their own costs maintained 1000 of Red Army. In times of Holodomor cooperation Kyiv region saved the nation from starvation by introducing a new procedure blanks when 30% of grain procurement giving for poor families, and interest holders the first time in the world practice credited by bread. |

It took place the first Congress of the Consumer Cooperation Commissioners of Kiev region. The task was to reconstruct material and technical basis of consumer cooperation region. A.F. Maystrukivskyy was elected to be the Chairman of the Board OSS. |

There was a second Congress of the Consumer Cooperation Commissioners of Kyiv region, M.S. Petrenko was elected to be the Chairman. September 10, 1948 F.L.Chaschyn became the Chairman. |
1954 |
There was the third Congress of the Сonsumer Сooperation Сommissioners of Kiev region. G.A. Ivanov was elected to be the Chairman of the Board. They were conducted structural changes in the system of consumer cooperatives in Ukraine. Due to the formation of Cherkasy region to Kyiv region they were transferred 20 RCC. Poltava region gave to Kyiv region Yagotynske and Zgurovsky RSS. Kyiv OSS consisted of 35 RCC and 33 consumer societies. |
1954-1957 |
In a system of Kyiv OSS they were built 285 shops, 36 catering facilities. In Dimer, Byshev, Rozvazhev they were built powerful bakeries. Kyiv CCA took on their balance Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky Animal Farm, appeared shops and catering facilities in Boguslav, Polissky and other towns. In consumer cooperatives assigned the task of concerning the deployment book trade. In 1958 cooperators in the region sold books cost 1 million 108 thousand Krb. Kyiv CCA won the All-Union socialist competition among consumer cooperative workers. |

In March the fourth Congress of the Consumer Cooperation Commissioners of Kiev region. Was embarked on improvement of services for the rural population. Chairman of the OSS Board elected P.A. Sazhka. |

In April there was the fifth Congress of the Consumer Cooperation Commissioners of Kyiv region, aimed in improving the financial condition of the system. |

In April there was the sixth Congress of the Consumer Cooperation Commissioners of Kyiv region. |
1966-1967 |
Started construction of restaurants in Tarashcha, Skvyr, Kaharlyk, Stavishche and other regional centers. It was created a base of bread providing. They were constructed bakeries in Volodarka, Medvyn, Obukhov, Borodyanka, Chernobyl. It was put into operation a sausage-cooking department in Irpin. It is improved the management structure of Kyiv OSS, made the transition to the branch principle of management. |

In April there was the VII Congress of the consumer cooperation commissioners of Kiev region, which defined the task of further economic reform. Chairman of the OSS Board was elected H.S. Kyrychenko. |

During the liquidation of consequences of the Chernobyl tragedy cooperators of Kyiv region provided food and essential commodities for evacuated people within the whole region. For mobile food stations consumer cooperative workers equipped 330 makeshifts. Regional Consumer Cooperation Union evacuated and placed more than 1 000 workers of the Chernobyl consumer union. |

There was a regular 16th Congress of Kyiv Regional Consumer Cooperation Union, which identified ways to improve economic cooperative organizations and enterprises. Chairman of the Board was elected V.P. Pack. |
