Technical base

    Kyiv Cooperative Institute of Business and Law – is a specialized educational complex, located on an area of ​​0.8 hectares, which Kyiv Regional Union of Consumer Cooperation transferred to the Institute’s ownership by State act.

    There is an eight-stored building, which is equipped by 46 classrooms, assembly hall and four lecture rooms, a sport complex with gym, library and information center with electronic library and access to the Internet. There are 5 computer classes, student coffee shop with 120 seats and a comfortable five-stored hostel for 680 beds with reading-room and room for self-training.

    Hostel offers the following services: medical center, student cafe, a room for parents, all necessary technical conditions for free access to the electronic library of the Institute and the Internet.

    The total area of training buildings is 7569 m2. That is more than 7 m2 for each student.

    There are 5 specialized PC laboratories with total area of 403 m2. The staff  rooms are equipped with necessary modern equipment: computers, printers, scanners.

    Educational base is constantly improving by purchasing of new computers. Accounting Department, Educational Department, Human Resources Department, Department of Food Technology and Commodity, Economic and Law, Department of Humanities and basic sciences, other services of the institute are also equipped by modern computers.

    All the lecture halls are equipped. Our departments have 8 projectors, 3 multimedia boards , portable and fixed screens, two interactive ePresenter devices, 3 cameras, and other modern equipment for training. Assembly hall accommodates 329 persons and it is also equipped with all necessary audio equipment, amplifiers, microphones set. 

    The sports complex occupies 379.6 m2, including sport hall and gyms, shooting.

    All nonresident students can live in the hostel of KCIBL.

    Our institute has its own research library with plenty of space with a total area of 227 m2 to accommodate libraries, catalogs, reading rooms. The library of the institute – is a complex consisting of two halls- 52 m2 and 58 m2 , reading rooms - 90 m2 , which is equipped by 110 seats , of which – 12 are for working in the Internet , as well as stacks is 27 m2.

    Food technology students can raise their practical skills in well-equipped specialized food labolatory of the institute.

    There is a certified Food Control Production Laboratory of Kyiv Region Union of Consumer Cooperation to facilitate deep practical research during the studying of the students. 

   KCIBL departments have all necessary conditions for the teaching staff. The area of office space is 324.8 m2 that meets the working standards.
