"The consumer has the right" a round table meeting took place on the occasion of World Consumer Rights Day in KKIBP.

On March 15, is World Consumer Rights Day (WCRD), an annual occasion for celebration and solidarity within the international consumer movement. It marks the date of the speech of US President John F. Kennedy in Congress in 1961. In his speech, the president formulated four basic consumer rights: the right to defence, the right to information, the right to choose and the right to be heard. Later four more were added: the right to redress, right to consumer education, the right to satisfaction of basic needs and the right to a healthy environment.
